Conversation and dialog have value in of themselves. I’d be the first to argue that!
But the value is often lost if the conversation is not captured and distilled into something tangible – a Web site, a marketing campaign, explanatory journalism, published research, legislation, an Op-Ed, a strategic action plan, a story.
